ANTI-CORRUPTION

GSS enforces a strict zero-tolerance policy toward all forms of bribery, corruption, fraud, and unethical conduct. No individual associated with GSS may attempt to improperly influence decisions or seek unfair advantage through any means.

Prohibited actions include:

  • Offering, soliciting, or accepting bribes or kickbacks.

  • Exchanging gifts, hospitality, or favors with the intent to affect business or political outcomes.

  • Making unofficial payments to expedite or secure standard procedures.

  • Falsifying records or hiding improper transactions.

GSS strictly adheres to all applicable local and international laws on anti-corruption, anti-bribery, and financial transparency, and expects full compliance from clients, suppliers, and business partners. Any involvement in corrupt practices by representatives or subcontractors will lead to immediate termination of the relationship.

CODE OF CONDUCT

Everyone representing or working with GSS must:

  • Demonstrate Integrity: Act honestly, transparently, and fairly in all business and professional activities.

  • Avoid Conflicts of Interest: Ensure personal interests never compromise professional responsibilities.

  • Uphold the Law: Comply fully with all anti-bribery, anti-corruption, anti-money laundering, and fair competition laws.

  • Refuse Improper Benefits: Never offer, accept, or seek gifts, payments, or favors that could influence decision-making.

  • Promote Respect: Champion human rights, diversity, and dignity in the workplace and in all external interactions.

  • Speak Up: Immediately report any suspected breaches of this policy without fear of retaliation.

All GSS employees, contractors, and partners are responsible for understanding and abiding by this Code. Leaders at every level are expected to model ethical conduct and nurture a culture of accountability and integrity.

NATIONAL SECURITY & SOCIETAL WELLBEING

As a core principle, GSS commits to always assess the potential impact of any policy or political advice we provide on U.S. National Security and the wellbeing of society. We will never advance strategies that undermine America’s security, public trust, or the broader social good.
